Sales Operations Analyst II – Remote AMRI provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The Sales Operations Analyst II provides sales reporting, analytics and support to the Sales organization to help drive success for the division. • Actively participate in strategic analysis with sales management, including making recommendations on improvements to business processes, sales productivity and revenue initiatives
• Partner with IT lead to deploy development updates, explain changes, and address inquiries
• Monitor data quality control processes to check data, validate, and implement any corrections
• Partner and work collaboratively with IT and Data functions, monitors the accuracy of weekly data feeds, and resolves issues in partnership with IT colleagues
• Assist in updating and tracking of quarterly incentive commission plan
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improving the accuracy of future sales forecasts
• Partner with company leadership, sales leadership and sales reps to track and analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators and metrics
• Create, maintain and optimize sales and business development dashboards and reports to track progress toward company goals
• Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned
• Support in the alignment of territories and accounts in response to market and personnel changes as needed Qualifications
• BA/BS in business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate/advanced CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) user skills
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically to accomplish a variety of tasks
• Ability to work both independently and in group environments
• Experience working with sales data and/or business intelligence information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Possess a strong understanding of data organization, statistical tasks, duties, interpretation of data, synthesis of findings, and appropriate reporting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and demonstrated critical thinking skills All interested applicants must apply online.
