WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN in Burlington, MA

AMRI provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

The Warehouse Technician is an integral part of the AMRI team, contributing to our success by supporting our supply chain and warehouse functions in a variety of duties. Reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse, this role will work closely with materials planning, shipping, and receiving functions within the Drug Product Manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to allocate intermediate materials for batch consumptions

• Receive incoming materials, products or supplies in accordance to procedure. Incoming materials to include GMP, Engineering, and non-inventory goods.

• Review kit requirements in accordance to batch records/protocols for manufacturing or engineering fills/studies.

• Establish, maintain and update perpetual inventory system procedures as required.

• Review inventory for actual and physical obsolescence and report monthly with explanations and recommended disposition.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and background to be successful in this role:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License

• 2 years’ experience in material management, including inventory control. Preferably in the manufacturing industry, in a warehouse setting

Preferred

• Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate, with strong analytical skills

• ERP experience a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to support various departments within the organization

• Proficient working with inventory control systems, metric systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
