Job Description

Objective

A key member of the Corporate FP&A team, with primary responsibility for delivering financial reports & business insights to enhance business operating performance.  Role will also be assisting critical finance initiatives across the business & is highly visible to the CFO & CEC members.

Position Requirements

Finance Business Partner to lead in the development of comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for the Corporate enabling functions
Works closely and communicates effectively with corporate partners in Business Finance, Operations Finance, Accounting, Financial Services, Tax, Treasury, and IT to ensure that corporate information and support needs are consistently met
Lead functional financial reviews and present monthly operating expense and headcount analysis to provide meaningful data and help support decision making
Support strategic projects, synergy initiatives, and tracking of risks & opportunities of such projects to aid in business decisions and EBITDA expansion
Build partnership with HR to drive Total AMRI monthly headcount reporting and create Total AMRI contractor reports via data collection and data automation through system implementation
Lead and drive the implementation and use of visual software dashboards to automate financial metric reporting
Deliver the Free Cash Flow budget/forecast process to provide visibility and transparency into Cash planning
Key member of Strategic Finance Reporting Initiative (SFRI), assisting  management reporting work streams
Provide Total AMRI Inventory reporting in partnership with working capital metrics and work streams
Ad hoc analysis and information gathering, both internal and external, to identify opportunities for pursuing strategies or corrective action alternatives to maximize Company performance

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Strong business acumen and judgment.  Able to think strategically about business issues.
Knowledge of US accounting regulations and company accounting policies and practices, and unquestioned integrity in the application of such standards.
Outstanding business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights that add measurable value. 
Excellent at workload prioritization and project management. 
Superior interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.  Has executive presence and is capable of representing to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, and capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives. 
Over 2 years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in Financial reporting software, such as Oracle, SAP, and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview a must
Strong Microsoft Excel skills to automate repeatable reports and analyze big data in an accurate and efficient way
