Quality Control Sample Coordinator in Burlington, MA

The Sample/Results Coordinator will is responsible for coordinating shipment of samples, such as in-process samples, release samples, engineering samples, stability samples and raw materials.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receive and submit to Shipping all in-process, final release, engineering, raw material and stability samples
  • Track the data reported from external laboratories for all in-process, final release, engineering, raw material and stability samples
  • Track weekly water data (Bioburden, LAL, TOC, conductivity, nitrate test)
  • Performance of laboratory inventory, receiving laboratory supplies, and maintaining the laboratory in an orderly, clean condition
  • Assist with general laboratory equipment maintenance (coordinating maintenance, tagging instruments)
  • Assist with general housekeeping within all laboratories (cleaning, inventory, etc.)
  • Tracking biennial reviews and sending notification to the appropriate QC department
  • Uploading data to a SharePoint
  • Lab Matrixes (Frequency of equipment use, number of cleanings, etc.)
  • Archival of test results, log books, etc.
  • Disposal of expired samples and raw materials


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; continues study in the scientific field preferred
  • 2 years experience in data entry; experience in a laboratory setting or pharmaceutical field preferred
  • Proficient use of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • An energetic self-started that is team-oriented
