Laboratory Technician, Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) in Lebanon, NJ

The Laboratory Technician, CCIT is an integral part of the AMRI team, contributing to our success by performance of various laboratory functions as directed by the Laboratory Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Intake projects inclusive of reviewing client paperwork, clearly labeling and tracking associated components.
  • Order and track vendor shipments associated with CCIT projects, ie. test chambers, positive controls.
  • Perform routine laboratory support tasks, such as test sample preparation, that enable laboratory personnel to effectively and efficiently meet the laboratories testing demand.
  • Performs weekly laboratory maintenance as directed by the Quality Assurance program and at the direction of management.
  • Attends safety and quality assurance meetings as required. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



Qualifications and background to be successful in this role:

Required

  • Associates Degree or higher in a relevant science; prior work experience (minimum of 1 year) in a testing laboratory setting is most ideal. 
  • Both mental and manual skills are utilized, and patience and attention to detail are necessary. 
Preferred
  • The ability to work within the defined GMP quality system is a must. 
  • Detail Oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated/self-directed
  • Strong problem solving and organization skills
  • Customer service oriented
