Recruitment Coordinator in Albany, NY

AMRI provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

The Recruitment Coordinator is an integral part of the AMRI team, contributing to our success by supporting the recruitment team and having responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate's application process through to their onboarding.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate's application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate. Reporting into the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the AMRI brand at every interaction.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed upon timeframes.

• Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage any schedule changes accordingly. Schedule candidate travel as necessary.

• Ensure job requisitions are compliant with company and government standards.

• Post job requisitions as per agreed sourcing methodology across internal and external systems.

• Initiate and monitor onboarding activities and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process.

• Follow up on pre-employment status as necessary.

• Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events (Campus, Interview Days, etc).

• Ensure appropriate recruiting documents, materials, and collateral are updated, prepared, and in-stock, as well as orders recruiting supplies as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline processes.

• Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects as they arise.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and background to be successful in this role:

Required

• Previous administrative experience

• Previous experience with complex interview scheduling

• Associate’s degree. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for college degree requirement

•  Applicant Tracking systems experience

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Outlook (or other calendar management systems)

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with Taleo/Taleo Enterprise Addition

• Previous recruitment or onboarding administrative experience
